Self awareness

Do you feel consious all the time? Do you keep critisizing yourself every now-n-then? Have you lost the purpose of your life? Are you not happy with your chosen career stream? Do you wish to consider your passion as your career?

Facing these apprehensions about oneself is a trivial matter of concern in the current times. But you are not the only one. More than half of the young generation has these confusions in their minds. And the key to clear this doubts is to be “SELF-AWARE”.

Self awareness is finding a reasoning behind the choices you have taken or are planning to take. It is a way to get a clear perception about one’s personality, likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivations, and emotions. Getting self aware is a gradual process. As you begin knowing yourself better, you are able to make changes in your thoughts and interpretations you make. It is the first step in creating a path towards your goal and being successful as a result. Self improvement is impossible without self awareness.

There is one African proverb which states , “When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside can do you no harm.”
